Air Duct Cleaning in Toronto Region, Done Right the First Time
High-suction, whole-home duct cleaning for Toronto Region homeowners, clearing dust, allergens, and debris so every room breathes easier.
Your ductwork is the lungs of your Toronto Region home
Every bit of air your furnace or AC pushes through your home passes through the same duct system, so whatever builds up in there gets recirculated into every room. We regularly work on homes across Toronto Region, including Etobicoke, Scarborough, North York, East York, York, and Toronto proper. A thorough cleaning with high-suction equipment and rotary brushes clears the full run, not just what’s visible at the vent, so your system moves cleaner air and doesn’t have to work as hard doing it.
Signs your ducts need attention.
Visible dust around vents or settling faster than usual around the house.
Family members with allergies or respiratory issues have more symptoms indoors.
It’s been more than 3-5 years, or never, since your last cleaning.

Bujar was very thorough in explaining the job before starting. He also gave good advice regarding the furnace.
— Shak Wong, Google reviewI had a leak on my furnace and he went out of his way to check everything for us. Highly recommend.

Do you service all of Toronto Region?+
Yes, we cover Etobicoke, Scarborough, downtown Toronto, North York, and East York. Pick your area above for specific details, or request a quote directly from this page.
Is pricing different across Toronto neighbourhoods?+
Not by neighbourhood, no. Pricing comes down to home size, vent count, and duct layout, which is why we confirm the exact number during a free on-site visit rather than quoting blind by area.
Do older Toronto homes need different service than newer builds?+
Older homes, especially in the downtown core and East York, often have tighter duct access and original ductwork, so we inspect on-site to confirm scope before quoting.
We are in North York or Etobicoke — how is that different from downtown Toronto?+
North York and Etobicoke both have large amounts of postwar housing — bungalows and two-storey detached homes built in the 1950s through the 1970s — with original ductwork that has often gone decades without a cleaning. These homes tend to have more accessible duct layouts than the tighter rowhouses in the downtown core, though the buildup in the trunk lines is typically more significant given the age of the system.
We are in a postwar bungalow in Scarborough or East York — what should we expect?+
Postwar bungalows across Scarborough and East York are some of the most common homes we service in the Toronto area. The ductwork in these properties is typically galvanized steel from the original build, and many have had flex duct added during basement finishing over the years. First-time cleanings on these homes almost always produce visible results given the decades of accumulated dust in the trunk lines.
Toronto Region homes and what we typically find.
The Toronto Region spans an unusually wide range of housing stock compared to most GTA regions. The older inner-city neighbourhoods — East York, Scarborough, North York, and the Toronto core — are heavily concentrated with postwar detached homes and semi-detached houses built between the 1940s and 1970s. These properties typically have original galvanized steel ductwork that has never been cleaned, and the trunk lines in a home that age can carry decades of accumulated dust, pet dander, and debris. Moving outward into the inner suburbs, the housing shifts to larger detached homes from the 1980s and 1990s with a mix of galvanized trunk lines and flex branch duct. The common thread across all of these is that duct cleaning is usually well overdue by the time we arrive, regardless of which part of the Toronto Region the home is in.
What one visit to a North York home looked like.
We were called to a 1962 bungalow in North York that had been in the same family for over thirty years — original ductwork, never cleaned. The main trunk line running along the basement ceiling had significant buildup at every branch takeoff, and two of the return air ducts had partial blockages that were visibly reducing airflow upstairs. We cleared the full system, re-secured a disconnected branch run we found during the inspection, and confirmed balanced airflow at every register before finishing.
