Clear access to your vents
If furniture, cabinets, or renovation materials are blocking a vent, we just need enough room to reach it — it does not need to be fully cleared.
A path to the furnace
If the furnace room has boxes or storage in front of it, leaving about 24 inches of clearance around the unit lets our technician work safely.
Somewhere to park
We need secured parking close to the house — a driveway, laneway, or street spot with roughly a double car length of space works.
