- If the vents are covered with any furniture,cabinets or cardboards due to any ongoing construction, we need access as long as they are reachable?
- If you do have things in the furnace room area that blocking the access or around the furnace please give some access min 24 inch for technician to be able to do the service?
- We need secured parking available either Driveway, Lane way in the back if there's one or street parking that is right by the house with approximately double car length access.
